Allow breaking portal frames to drop all blocks #46

Perhaps when you break a portal it breaks a the colored frame like usual- but drops the items (toggle able to be done in config) This would be useful in survival where you only get 1 of the framed blocks back (the one you broke) 2017-06-28_14 21 07 To This 2017-06-28_14 21 22
