Purpose of PR:

These are the various projects used to create the Volograms Unity Native Player on different platforms. This is an early version of the repo that contains the following:

• iOS Xcode project
• MacOS Xcode project
• Windows Visual Studio project
• Android make files and build scripts (Work in Progress)
• Instructions on how to obtain ffmpeg for the different platforms
• Instructions on how to build the plugin
• C# bridging examples for Unity
• Source files taken from Anton's vol_libs repo

Testing

It would be handy to test the documentation and the build projects with people trying to build it on their own machines and adding it to Unity projects
