Output folder sub-directories #20

Consider having users provide a name for the run and then have DANA tool create a sub-directory with that name in the output folder (otherwise output files all get dumped in the same folder and are only differentiated by State selected for the run. If there are multiple runs in the same State the output files will overwrite each other). Would need a code change to make sure that this doesn't mess up the feature that automatically fills in the Process 1 outputs into Process 2-4 inputs.

This has been addressed in development and will be pushed with the next version.
