Link level dataset does not update in input list after process 1 completes #21

We want the tool to automatically fill the link level dataset from process 1 into the rest of the processes once process 1 completes. This will make it easier for the user and make the tool consistent with the documentation and the videos.

This may have been broken as a result of the custom output folder selection.
