Big Reactors

I have a big reactor, dimensions at 31x31x9, it can hold 7.42million mb, but for some reason it goes back down to 48.3%, or 3.584million mb, when chunks are reloaded, another thing to note is the waste is also empty, and 265 fuel rods (multiply by 9 for actual block count) just lost like 4k yellorium xD

I hope to eventually be able to drop BigReactors once Nuclear Physics is fixed so I'll postpone a solution for this issue until then.
