Update "compatible Mesh server version" in versions.rst once this issue is resolved.

Closed by #473, #475 and #476. More details:

In #473 support for empty target objects in versioned link relations was added.
In #475 there was a breaking API change introduced: update_versioned_link_relation_attribute was renamed to update_versioned_one_to_one_link_relation_attribute.
In #476 new function: update_versioned_one_to_many_link_relation_attribute was added.
