Make current Python SDK compatible with the upcoming Mesh 2.15. Changes:

BREAKING CHANGE: Rename update_versioned_link_relation_attribute to update_versioned_one_to_one_link_relation_attribute
Update proto files.
Add tests and extend example to show versioned link relations with empty target objects.
