Use redocusaurus for specification #34

Let Redocusaurus handle rendering of API specification as its integration works better with theming in docusaurus than standalone Redoc component. The standalone redoc component has certain limitations with styling, especially in dark mode

Remove Redocs dependency
Install Redocusaurus
Remove standalone Redoc and route
Make redocusaurus use /specification/ route
