JUICEBOT: Upgrade LIDO + TryLSD with + 5% ETH Leverage #1312

As a user, I want to be able to have 5% of my ETH from my LIDO + TryLSD staking bot leveraged with ETH as Collateral so that my bot will keep a leverage position on ETH while also staking my ETH and depositing via TWAP into the TryLSD pool.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Update Vyper contracts with ETH leverage functionality
  2. Update Vyper contract so that we are able to use any CurveLend collateral (ETH, StETH, sfxETH, WBTC)
  3. Update Cosmwasm contracts
  4. Confirm fees address control to Paloma
  5. Update deposit fee to 1%

This is closed as completed as we focus on LRTs
