MEME: Create Momentum Bot Pages for the following MemeCoins #1337

As a user, I want to see Momentum bots for each of the following Memecoins:

  1. Dogecoin
  2. Shiba Inu (Uniswap v2)
  3. Pepe (Uniswap v2)
  4. Bonk (Uniswap v3)
  5. MemeCoin (Uniswap v3)
  6. Floki (Uniswap v2)
  7. MAGA Trump (Uniswap v2)

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Use Uniswap v2 Contracts if exists. If none exists, we skip the memecoin.
  2. Create fixed query from token ID
  3. Use current UI for Momentum page
  4. Conifrm that refreshes start hourly
