Override deployed tokens on mainnet

We need to override the deployed tokens on main net to ensure we can perform a compass handover again. They can just be temp dummy tokens, as long as we maintain control and can move them along.

This is not a code change though, it will just require some manual steps and the vote. I'll do it next week.
