[BOTS] Market Maker Bot for Base Uniswap, Curve, Aerodrome

As the Paloma Foundation, I want to setup a market-maker bot on any of 3 exchanges for any specific ERC-20 token pool on the exchanges so that the bot will manage the price of the token every second.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Take input of the Pools for the token
2. Confirm that the token pools are for the same token
3. Calculate limit orders for the ERC-20 token
4. Create limit orders for the ERC-20 Token
5. Take in data and calculate new limit orders
