manual update of certain docs to get back to stable state

So far changed include the following:

separated out events into actual pages
Welcome/starting page (though we might move this)
Added debugging page to call out certain triggers to turn on features
cleaned up the attributes section
manually updating the entity items and descriptions for more inline-repl (more to fix here still)
made one small change to inline-repl.js for debugging purposes

can you look through all the examples and update some of the css if you think there's better ways for them to look -- i tried to update them to be as simple to the user as possible, but feel free to change any of them if you think there's a more straightforward way to present the items
updated the html tags and the attributes pages
I updated some of the pages in the #general section. I added a welcome page, but if this is not needed i can remove it. I kept it simple by default but i can also just have it be the mrjs.io page or something like it, let me know.
for mr-textarea and mr-textfield - my understanding is that they work, but i wasnt sure of a good example for them and the ones I've put arent the best demos, feel free to change these to something that's better
mr-img and mr-video might seem finicky - they should look like the below, but the reload/caching of the page sometimes made the data not load right so let me know if you hit an issue with that
for mr-video if you want to use a different video or a higher quality one, let me know
