also @michaelthatsit @lobau some questions

should the 'how to create entities / components / systems' using MRjs be a separate page as well in the ECS folder? or do you think what we have is enough

given convo from daily sync im going to merge this in since it's blocking the readme change, but still let me know your thoughts after the pr merge in case there's any edits we want to do after
