bump mrjsio for examples home page && fix our overwriting script to handle the link change

Linking

Problem

mrjsio needs relative links (ish) for testing so can do localhost versus otherwise, but also needs actual 'examples.mrjs.io' links for the main 'mrjs.io' site

Solution

on the main site, updated the links to be pure 'examples.mrjs.io' and going to add a part to the workaround script here that overwrites that so we can also use our localhost

the update-all-submodules.sh script is still broken - that's already a pre-existing pending issue so not handling that in this pr
