The pixiv API used by this program seems to be either gone, or is no longer at its current URL. Everything in this program no longer works.

I don't have a device that can run the pixiv mobile app currently, so a fix might take a while.

There is now an unofficial Python API, see https://github.com/upbit/pixivpy/

Should be pretty easy to adapt this
