Grainy textures #1

Texures seems to be very grainy when the resource pack is enable

The Expansion Resources v1.5 and v1.4 (Latest) (Full and Lite version tested) Complete vanilla minecraft & Modded Tested in singleplayer and on server (client side resource pack and server side resourcepack)

This seems to be a Minimap issue instead of the resource pack, (not the dev of this pack, just speculation). What's your current setting?
