Add support for ClickHouse data sources. #146

Currently we're using ClickHouse plugin as data source for different type of charts. But we're not able to reuse the same queries that are working properly for this chart with Status panel add-on. Can you please provide a support for ClickHouse data source ? It would be very helpful.
