fix(status_ctrl): status-panel stop working after upgrade Grafana to v6.7.x. Solution thanks to @sgolubevCY. Resolve issue #159

@tomer-amir-vonage : Is it possible to merge this PR and create new release ? We upgraded to 7.0 and now where ever we have used(used in many dashboards) its completely breaking the dashboards

works after upgrading the plugin via grafana-cli. Thanks!
