First off, this is a great project so my changes are quite minor, but I thought it couldn't hurt to propose them.
I've been visiting other repos of Vonage, and I found that while the other repos has a Licence section in the readme, this repo missed it. I'm not sure if that was intentional so I've gone ahead and added that.
Secondly, I've added a hyperlink to issues under the section 'Getting Help', to enable easier navigation for newer users. This was another thing I saw on other repos missing in this one. So just very minor changes trying to bring in some consistency, I hope this helps even if by a tad bit :)
