When will Vonage/vonage-laravel support laravel 11?

Laravel 11 is released since March 12

Thought i post it here since Vonage/vonage-laravel repo seem to be ignored.

hi @SecondeJK thank you for merging that PR yesterday, however you appear to have forgotten to tag a new release.
