Add F17 support #128

Supersede #113 Won't implement rezero (calibration) support.

This should work independent of the other PR, aside from adding a couple lines to F3A for trackpoint buttons. I think I'll merge this and we can figure out the other PR some other time. The diff between the two PRs are pretty clean so it should be fine.
