Disable Force Touch Lock #169

Fingers stuck in place in Force Touch mode. Not sure if it's intended behavior or not. Closed for now.

That is intentional. If you lay the finger down to increase it's area, the cursor often moves from what your trying to click, which makes it difficult to use when I implemented force touch originally.
