Implement room list for admins #105

Since cozycast supports multiple rooms I need a way to see a list of currently opened rooms. The room list should allow admins to enter rooms and stop them if necessary.

I have already implemented it but rooms are generated on first visit. The stop room feature only works on empty rooms.

I think that feature only makes sense in combination with an invite system which is beyond the scope of this issue. Closing because the room list is done.
