Add skr pico klipper config #146

renamed printer.cfg to skr-mini-v2.0.cfg and add skr-pico-v1.0.cfg. the skr pico config file is based on the skr mini v2.0 file.

@meteyou can you rename the config to skr-mini-E3-v2.0 instead i know it seems pedantic but the skr mini and the skr mini e3 are two separate boards

Yes, of course. I renamed the file and pushed it.
