Manual: Change Z endstop trigger screw to SHCS from BHCS #164

This screw on the T-nut block that is used for hitting the Z endstop is currently a BHCS. image It causes inconsistent endstop triggering and thus should be changed to be a slightly shorter (maybe M3x10?) SHCS screw.

What do you mean inconsitent triggering? Between prints or when testing the endstop?

Kozova1 commented 2 years ago

Both - what happens is that I try to home and it crashes into the bed sometimes. I'm almost 100% sure that it's because the edge of the BHCS hits the microswitch and sometimes slides away

the screw is inline with the switch, changing to a larger hex head will cause more inconsistency as there is less contact area, refer to the cad for a better understanding of what im describing
