BTT SKR mini E3 v2.0 #171

Can we remove this board from the sourcing guide/manual and replace it with something else? The SKR mini E3 v2.0 has no transient protection for the fan driver MOSFETs. The MOSFETs are rated at 30V which is easily exceeded by inductive switching spikes when the fan is turned off. This causes the body diode to go into avalanche break down. The MOSFETs are not designed to be operated this way and it's very poor practice. There are many threads on discord, reddit, github, etc. about fan failure on these boards.

The SKR mini E3 v3.0 board has added flyback diodes to clamp spikes when switching inductive loads. The v3.0 board also has much better heat sinks and a 3rd fan output. The BTT SKR pico also has flyback diode protection for the three fan output MOSFETs, has a good heatsink, and is RPi form factor so it can be stacked..

no further changes will be getting pushed for the v0.1 all efforts are now being placed on development for the v0.2 release which will not include the v2 skr board
