as discussed on Discord, here is my PR for the 4 piece TopHat with the following changes to the parts:
All pieces with a little bit improved printability, due to two added perimeters at thinnest part of STLs
Added missing piece of the TopHat that gives access to the front panel's hinge's bolt. Was available in CAD, but missing in the STLs.
Changed the filenames of the TopHat_Left_x2.stl to TopHat_Left_x1.stl, because only one of those is needed if TopHat_Left_Hinge_x1.stl is printed
I've printed the modified STLs and they were slightly easier to print with a smooth outer surface than the original ones. Only very slightly, but maybe it helps in some cases.
