These can be found at most hardware stores but it should be listed on BOM since you can't get going safely without one.

Usually the inlets have a inlet fuse. Maybe a splitting between 220/110V heatbed to 24V power supply would make sense with 2 small 5A fuses

I bought directly from digikey ala sourcing guide and it did not come with an inlet fuse.

Wow, usually they have a fuse coming with them. That's a usual size for inlets, even with a switch with light bulb.
