Renames files to correct quantity #60

To address https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-1/issues/59.

Only a single latch.stl print is needed and that is to hold magnets for the top door handles.

This PR adds a file instead of renaming the existing one, the result is 2 files latch.stl and latch_x2.stl.
