Mostly adding pages to MCU wiring for clarification on pin location on SKR mini E3 v3.0 (different PCB layout, can't use V2.0 instructions) for V0 and SW connections. Add corresponding images. Add links to these pages in the index.md for electrical wiring.

Also tidy up 'startup' instructions, clarify a few steps.
