Update GitHub backup to create and use main vs master branch in writeup #393

This change ensures that people are creating and using main vs git's master default branch. Additional note about possibly needing to switch to main added as well.

The big and only needed changed afaik is to BackupConfigToGitHub but some of the other files have the new paths defined in them vs the previous version
