Add cover for z-endstop that allows for solder joint clearance

The current cover does not allow the solder joints of the connector/switch on the PCB to protrude, meaning

• you have to shave down the joints or
• add a spacer

This PR adds holes to the cover so the joints have somewhere to go.

looks good but really that bottom cover should be removed, its not really needed especially if you use the socket head m2 self tapping screws, i havent used the bottom cover for any of my latest z endstops
