Updated v0 simple display STEP and STL for rev2 boards

Updates to Cad Step

Housing front

• Adjusted depth of body that presses Estop tac switch ( was being depressed all the time when assembled ).

• Very slight upward adjustment ( .5mm ) lcd window to improve alignment with lcd.

  Housing rear

• Expanded feature for larger 10 pin shrouded connector used on rev2
• Added small clearance cutout slot for interference between bottom of lcd header pins and case.

General

• Added hardware/heatset inserts to replicate the main v0 display cad files.
• Added the 2pc and 1pc skirt mounting options from main v0 display cad files.

Stl File Folder

Output and oriented on build plate the main printed parts for the rev2 update.
