Invalid Record Index in assembly step file

When opening the assembly step file in solidworks 2017 it fails while trying to import the second item in the step file with the error that the record index is invalid. Could someone re-generate that step file and re-upload it?

this is a solidworks issue. in your import settings uncheck the 3D Interconnect option and it should import just fine
