[Manual] Clarification bolting x-axis to y-rail, and inconsistency in "end stop" terminology #149

The section on the X Axis Assembly says "Missing some bolts? The other two bolts will be installed later". Not only is this vague, but it is much later, like 86 pages later when the XY End-Stop Pod is installed. It would be better to reference this more directly: "... The other two bolts will be installed with the mounting of the XY End-Stop Pod." That way the user can at least search the doc for "XY End-Stop Pod" and find the reference. By the way, some kits like the MPX one don't have this pod in the first place. It then becomes more obvious to the user that all four bolts for the X Axis Assembly could be installed at the same time for their kit.

Also, the manual is inconsistent in its terminology. Sometimes it uses "endstop", other times it uses "end stop", and yet other times it uses "end-stop". This makes searching the PDF for this term very hit and miss. Pick one spelling ("endstop" is simplest) and use it throughout.
