Per the Mean Well datasheet linked in the manual here and the labeling on the part itself, the pin labeling and wiring shown on pages 211 and 216 is incorrect. The manual shows L/N/G in terminals 9, 8, and 7, while the spec sheet places them in 1, 2, and 3. Similarly, +V and -V are flipped on the output terminals.
