added diffuser for 158mm led pcbs aka matchsticks

How was it tested?

Making sure my printed parts are mountable by press-fit and screw holes. i have not tested in clear ABS as it has not been delivered yet.

Any background context you want to provide?

i couldnt find any subtle diffusers that were printable on my 0.2. thus i designed this.
