Which mods are added by this PR?

WaveShare 5.5" 2k LCD mount for the 2020-framed printers.

How was it tested?

Printed, mounted, powered, and set up.

Any background context you want to provide?

A frame mount is a slight remix of the existing 45-degree mount; it's referenced in the readme. This version uses all available mounting points on the screen. It should be a bit more stiff.

Yes. I am working on it. The .yml is ready, but the page with PR instructions is not yet available.
