Which mods/configurations/profiles are added by this PR?

This small PCB will make V0 Display show the VORON logo right after powering printer on. After printer is ready, the logo will be replaced by usual screen output from klipper.

How was it tested?

It is tested and working in my Voron V0.2

Any background context you want to provide?

I made this board for me, as I don't like to see no signs of life from my printer when it is turned on.
