Adding a toolhead for the Phaetus Dragon UHF and Phaetus Dragon UHF mini

How was it tested?

Printed and installed on my Voron 2.4

Any background context you want to provide?

A mod from @eamers for the Crazy dragon heatblock exsists, which can fit the UHF mini, but not in the proper orientation (cable channel missing) and is not compatible with the UHF with the melt zone adapter. The main body of the Stealthburner Rapido UHF body mod by @bythorsthunder was reused without modification, but STL and STEP were added for the sake of completeness of this mod.
