Which mods/configurations/profiles are added by this PR?

Modified version of the filament runout sensor foot of v0.2r1 to match the 2 mm shorter skirts/feet of v0.2 for those who don't want/need to reprint all of the skirts/feet.

How was it tested?

Printed and checked if it matches v0.2 skirts/feet. Also checked in CAD.

Any background context you want to provide?

I printed v0.2 parts months ago. Didn't want to reprint all of the skirts and feet to use the filament sensor foot after my LDO 0.2-S1 Kit arrived.
