Add "Bitter USB Cam" mount for 1515 extrusions

Which mods/configurations/profiles are added by this PR?

The mod jangrewe\Bitter_USB_Cam was added, which is a redesign of the "Angry CAM USB v2.0" mod for 1515 extrusions - because v0s need to be monitored remotely, too! ;-)

How was it tested?

Installed on my v0.2#1166

Any background context you want to provide?

I wanted a nice webcam mount for my v0, and there's only PiCam or Logitech cam stuff. And the Angry CAM USB v2.0 only fits 2020 extrusions.

Nothing from your side, but we're in a major overhaul of this repo so I have figure out the correct order of operations. Thanks for the submission!
