pelican-cite doesn't work when RELATIVE_URL is set to False #6

Dear folks,

it turns out that when I set RELATIVE_URL to False, both locally and on the server, the plugin stops working. The regexp seems fine and I'm suspecting the signal all_generators_finalized to not be the right one.
