Reports of Ghost and Strength not going past 10 with runes on their respective classes (Vamp + Soldier). Couldn't reproduce on Soldier.

Strength is currently at 13 on my soldier, that's not an issue. Ghost I believe is messed up due to both poltergeist and vampire having Ghost. Last patch we introduced hard-caps for non-class specific abilities to be set at that class's softcap (i.e. 10 strength for a cleric).
