1 year ago Lasers seem repairable, but when I type "laser remove" the cmd isnt removing them, the msg saying "All lasers removed" will appear like normally do

Fixes #157 - because of a change to OnSameTeam to fix a targetting issue after conversion, creator takes precedence over activator. This commit switches creator and owner, fixing the error. Tested in PvP, FFA and PvM.
