Viewers should not be able to "like" proposals and posts #16

The permission to "like" should be tied to the permission to "add" content. If you can add posts you can add likes to posts, if you can add proposals you can ad likes to proposals.

Like should be it's own permission, not the same as add content. But we can make it behave the same way.

This should be done as part of VoteIT Mix if we remake and improve the one click feedback features.
