Updated langauge in Readme
Renamed fixewidthpy.fwf_handler to handler
Update typehints in Column
Renamed DataRow.get_row_data to just get_data
Added new properties and attributes to the DataRow class.
FixedWidthFileHandler.import_from_fw_file now raises "NotImplementedError"

Notes

Features 01 was supposed to upgrade from v1.1.2 to v1.2.0. Obviously, not everything can go according to plan. hopefully we can get to v1.2.0 soon.
