Hey there! Is the cachename command supposed to be allowed for everyone?

It looks like a couple months ago the command was intentionally opened to everyone but there was no cooldown added so users would be able to spam your Redis (at least until they get rate limited by Discord).

Wanted to make sure some bad mistake wasn't going on here. Thanks!

The command itself was just a lazy way to fix another bug. In honesty I don't think I need it at all any more. I definitely should have added a rate limit to it but I know from looking at my command logs from time to time that next to nobody actually uses it.

I do appreciate the concern. Sorry about MarriageBot's mess of code.

I'll close this issue when I've removed or altered the command in some way.
