1.19 support #238

Hey! Could you please release a new version with 1.19 support? I see there is already some changes for that (3 days ago), but still no package release. Thanks!

Sorry, I'm a little busy recently. I'll clean up the package and release many fixes in this week.

Thanks @ci010, I see #239 is already merged, is some work still pending for the NPM release?

236 is merged, and the @xmcl/core 2.10.1 should be accessable in npm.
